Delivery conditions: world wide shipping is via EMS. World wide delivery will take up to 30 days. In the event delivery takes more than 30 days, the buyer will not consider baochanya.com as responsible. No refunds or compensations will be possible in the event delivery takes more than 10 days. In the event the package comes back undelivered, we will contact the customer in order to finish the delivery; however, there will be an extra charge for the re-shipment in the event the package comes back to "image of You Ltd Part" undelivered.

Customs: we are not responsible for custom delay, and not responsible for the custom costs resulting from the importation of any items in the country of the delivery address. All administrative and legal aspects are the responsibility of the buyer. Payment conditions: full payment must be made before shipping. Payment can be made via wire transfer from the buyer's bank to our bank, or via moneybookers.com, or via PayPal.

Reimbursement: if a damaged product is delivered to your address, you must send an email to support@baochanya.com WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS OF DELIVERY. Further than within 2 business days of delivery, we will not be able to refund or exchange the items. The date and time on your email to support@baochanya.com is valid in this matter. The time zone in this matter will be the time zone of the shipping address. Refund or exchange will apply only after we receive the damaged items. Cost of shipping from delivery address to our address will be refund, the maximum sum refund concerning shipping cost will advised to you in return of your email. We reserve the right to refuse the reimbursement or exchange of damaged items, if we consider that the damage was not caused by shipping but by miss handling of the items.
