"Image of You LTD Part" is a a company registered in Thailand, owned by Mrs Phikuntong Baochanya. We are specialized in selling goods made in Thailand to world wide resellers, giving small and medium size business opportunities to make good benefits, without having to buy huge quantities. Street vendors and shop owners are commonly found among our clientele, but also restaurant owners, company managers and many others, who require their staff to wear a uniform.

The silk ties are made in Northeast of Thailand, in the region of Khon kaen, with traditional methods. The silk first comes from a worm, and is then worked on a weaving loom, and sewed. Four decades ago, Thai Silk was used by farmers to wear in the fields, and by people living in the "cold" areas of Thailand to stay warm at night. For every one who has visited this very sunny and friendly country that is Thailand, it's hard to imagine that during the monsoon season, the temperature goes down to 15 Celsius in the night in the flat region of Khon Kaen, and even to 0 Celsius in the mountains of Chiang Mai. Thai people use to wear silk to keep warm at night and during "cold days". Indeed, Thai silk is an excellent isolator, it keeps heat on you when it's cold, and of course like any good isolator, it keeps yourself fresh in the day time. Thai silk is also widely used by government officials and business men and women; the better the silk is, the more shiny it is, and the better is the impression it makes on you. The Thai Silk has this particularity, like the diamonds, to shine. This makes it pretty hard to take a proper picture of a silk tie, because the flash and the lights of the photo equipment will bring up different colours as a result.

A silk tie always looks shiny and new because it is a strong material; wearing a silk tie gives you an impression of wealth, cleanses and elegance. Buying a silk tie is making an investment you come back quickly in, for the appearance it gives you, and it least years and years.

Delivery conditions: world wide shipping is via EMS. World wide delivery will take up to 30 days. In the event delivery takes more than 30 days, the buyer will not consider baochanya.com as responsible. No refunds or compensations will be possible in the event delivery takes more than 10 days. In the event the package comes back undelivered, we will contact the customer in order to finish the delivery; however, there will be an extra charge for the re-shipment in the event the package comes back to "image of You Ltd Part" undelivered.

Customs: "Image of You LTD Part" is not responsible for custom delay, and not responsible for the custom costs resulting from the importation of any items in the country of the delivery address. All administrative and legal aspects are the responsibility of the buyer. No refund or exchange will be possible if the items can't be delivered to the shipping address because of custom, administrative of legal aspects. Baochanya.com is not responsible for any damage or loss occurred during custom checks.

VAT: vat is not included in our prices and not applicable for all delivery outside the Kingdom of Thailand.

Payment conditions: full payment must be made before shipping. Payment can be made via wire transfer from the buyer's bank to our bank, or via moneybookers.com, or via PayPal. Because payment in Thai Baht is not possible with PayPal, the buyer will have to pay in Euros, USD, GBP, etc... and there will be an extra 5% for payments via PayPal. However, payment via wire transfer or moneybookers.com is free, and you are welcome to pay in your currency at the rate of www.xe.com. We reserve the right to refuse to sell, and this without any explanation.

Reimbursement: if a damaged product is delivered to your address, you must send an email to support@baochanya.com WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS OF DELIVERY. Further than within 2 business days of delivery, "Image of You LTD Part" will not be able to refund or exchange the items. The date and time on your email to support@baochanya.com is valid in this matter. The time zone in this matter will be the time zone of the shipping address. Refund or exchange will apply only after we receive the damaged items. Cost of shipping from delivery address to our address will be refund, the maximum sum refund concerning shipping cost will advised to you in return of your email. "Image of You LTD Part" reserves the right to refuse the reimbursement or exchange of damaged items, if we consider that the damage was not caused by shipping but by miss handling of the items. If "Image of You LTD Part" denies reimbursement or exchanged, there won't be refund of your shipping cost.

Children work: all items are made in Thailand, in a place we often visit and know. Using children for work is very severely reprimanded in the Kingdom of Thailand. "Image of You LTD Part" will report to the Royal Thai Police if we are aware that children are being used to produce what we sell, and we will immediately stop our business relation with the factory.
